Shipping policy
1.1 Delivery Times
The estimated shipping date of the pre-order will depends on the date noted on our website, usually ship in a week later.
If your order contains products with different estimated ship dates, the ship date of your order will be based on the product with the latest ship date.
The lead times listed on the shipping method is refer to the time during transport after we ship out, it’s not includes the lead time we prepare for the goods.
1.2 Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Free shipping may apply for orders over a specified amount (if applicable).
1.3 Tracking Number
Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.
1.4 Surcharge for Remote Area
If your address is in the remote area list of the selected courier, your order will be charged for the surcharge later. We will notify you when it occurs surcharge.
1.5 Arrival times and Delay
We cannot make sure the accurate arrival times, as it’s depends on the actual logistic speed.
Orders may occur delay due to holidays, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify when the delay occurs.
Please note that we are not liable for any personal matters of the recipient (such as impact on project progress) caused by delays not due to our subjective reasons.
1.6 Responsibility of Tariffs, Custom fees, Duties and Taxes

HackerGadgets is not responsible for any Tariffs, Customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
1.7 Restricted Military Addresses:
Military management areas and restricted zones are subject to government control. Couriers are not permitted to enter such areas for delivery, and these addresses may fall outside the standard delivery coverage of shipping carriers.
- If a package fails to be delivered, is returned, or is unable to reach the recipient due to the delivery address being located in a military management area or other restricted zone, HackerGadgets are not responsible for any economic loss or other consequences arising therefrom.
- Such address restrictions cannot be fully identified at the time of order placement, and we are therefore unable to notify the buyer in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
- Before placing an order, please confirm that your delivery address supports courier delivery. If you are unsure, we suggest using an alternative address that can receive packages normally to avoid any loss.
Military postal addresses：U.S. addresses contain APO (Army/Air Force Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office), with APO/FPO/DPO replacing the actual state name, the Wake Island in Hawaii, and ZIP codes typically beginning with 09, 34, or 96.
1.8 Damages and Lost Packages
We use freight forwarder service to ship our order, normally they will ship bulk of packages to the destination country, and pass them to the local carrier for the last mile delivery.
Therefore, the scope of liability for lost or damaged packages will be explained below.
