1.1 Delivery Times
The estimated shipping date of the pre-order will depends on the date noted on our website.
If your order contains products with different estimated ship dates, the ship date of your order will be based on the product with the latest ship date.
The lead times listed on the shipping method is refer to the time during transport after we ship out, it’s not includes the lead time we prepare for the goods.
1.2 Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Free shipping may apply for orders over a specified amount (if applicable).
1.3 Tracking Number
Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.
1.4 Surcharge for Remote Area
If your address is in the remote area list of the selected courier, your order will be charged for the surcharge later. We will notify you when it occurs surcharge.
1.5 Arrival times and Delay
We cannot make sure the accurate arrival times, as it’s depends on the actual logistic speed.
Orders may occur delay due to holidays, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify when the delay occurs.
1.6 Responsibility of Tariffs, Custom fees, Duties and Taxes

HackerGadgets is not responsible for any Tariffs, Customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
1.7 Damages and Lost Packages
We use freight forwarder service to ship our order, normally they will ship bulk of packages to the destination country, and pass them to the local carrier for the last mile delivery.
Therefore, the scope of liability for lost or damaged packages will be explained below.
