Refund policy

1.1 Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

We cannot arrange the return or exchange unless the item is defective.

Package return due to personal reasons:

  1. If the return due to the personal reasons for the recipient, the recipient should be bear all the fees occurred during the return.
  2. After the package return to us, we will not refund the shipping costs as the return is due to the personal reasons.

Custom inspection causing return:

We will resend the goods to you after they return to us.

1.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving returned goods.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

1.3 Replacement

If you receive the goods and find that they are defective.

  1. Please contact us.
  2. Provide photo and a description of the issue
  3. We will arrange a replacement if the goods really existing defective.

Products damaged due to personal reasons:

Please kindly note that we cannot offer replacement or refund as the damage due to personal reasons.

Digital downloads, gift cards, and personalized items are final sale.
